Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at c2cpaddlesports@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Deposits

We can reserve or order products for a 30% deposit. Final payment of reserved products is due 7 days before arrival of the products.  All deposits are non-refundable. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, used gear or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Contact Creek2Coast Paddlesports directly if an exchange is required. We are here to help make your shopping process as easy as possible. 

 

Refunds

We offer store credit only and do not offer cash refunds on sales. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a credit was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a digital gift card to make a new purchase through our website. 

Please note that all returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee.

 

Program Cancellations

Each program cancellation is subject to a $50.00 admin fee. For cancellations of courses, we request 45 days notice for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 45 days before a course will receive a 50% refund. We do not offer refunds on cancellations made less than 30 days before a training course. Any extreme circumstances will be looked at on a case by case basis by management.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

Creek2Coast Paddlesports reserves the right to cancel courses due to high winds, unsafe conditions, or other events beyond our control. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative dates or times when available, or issue a credit. Safety is always our top priority—even when it means making difficult decisions—so that we can all enjoy many more days on the water.
